I have subscribed to the tax bundle for 4 - 5 years and have run into problems utilizing the benefit of the tax returns I paid for literally almost every year. This year has been the absolute worst. There is some disconnect between Google play and quickbooks so that they are telling me that I haven't paid, even though my bank statements say differently, and I can't get assistance from Google play. So frustrating! Do NOT recommend this app or services purchased through Google play.

I have had a terrible experience using this and with QuickBooks customer support. After I realized that my subscription was canceled because I hadn't updated our payment, I updated it through the Google Play app store but I am still not able to use the app! It says that I need to start a new subscription which is more expensive than my original one even though they are offering a 3 month discount. I have tried contacting customer misled by 2 representatives and it's still not fixed! Very upset

Not happy. Initially been charged for 2 subscriptions. Finally just cancelled but never really got a refund other than one month. It double charged for 4. It offered I can renew my subscription at 50% off for 3 months, now it says payment not available in my country. I am in the US. My bank also rejected 4 charges of 100.00. When trying to get help I was told I needed to upgrade my account, $200 a month. Now I cannot access my last year for taxes, now I can't even view data I entered. Disgusted.
