I can easily deposit a check using the app. App shows almost all the information present in the desktop site. Searching transactions using date filters and sorting the results is very useful! There are some unnecessary windows that pop up during login. There is some delay between entering my credentials and logging into the app during which the screen appears frozen. Too many suggestion cards appear with the same message again and again in spite of me closing them by clicking on an 'x'.

So far it's a great fin tech app to use. The most important things like current balance, pending balances, thank you points and the fico score are right there when you open it, no need to search in menus or sub -pages. I only use for my credit card but I suppose other customers who have more accounts with citi like loans, savings accounts, etc, may have additional functionalities used.

As mobile banking apps go it's okay. HOWEVER, it has BIG problems in the alerts features. For example I selected to be alerted when my bill goes over $500. It alerts me all the time no matter what the balance is. Today it told me my new balance $1,268.88 when it actually was under $200.00. Lastly it's a little hard to navigate on a mobile phone but better on a larger screen PC or tablet.
